Terms of Use

By using the clipsave.pro website and the @vfixbot Telegram bot you agree to these terms. They're short and written in plain language.

What ClipSave is

ClipSave is a technical tool: given your link, it downloads the video file the source platform already serves publicly to its own player. The service doesn't host, store or catalog content — details in the privacy policy.

Rules of use

  • Personal use. Download videos for yourself: watching offline, keeping a copy, sending to a friend.
  • Content rights stay with the authors. Downloading grants no rights to re-upload, distribute or commercially use someone else's videos. How you use a downloaded file is your responsibility.
  • Public content only. The service works with what's open to everyone; it can't and won't bypass privacy.
  • Don't abuse it. Automated mass scraping and attempts to overload the service are prohibited — rate limits are in place for that.

For copyright holders

ClipSave doesn't store videos or keep a catalog of them: a file is fetched from the source platform via the user's direct link and removed after delivery. The most effective way to take content down is therefore to remove or restrict it on the source platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) — after that it automatically becomes unavailable through ClipSave as well.

If your content was downloaded earlier and may remain in a temporary cache, contact us via the @vfixbot bot with a link to the original and proof of ownership — we'll purge the cache entries.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". Platforms change their APIs and restrictions all the time, so we can't guarantee that every video downloads at any given moment. Limits (file size, duration, request rate) may change.

Changes to the terms

The current version always lives at clipsave.pro/terms. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept them.
