About ClipSave

ClipSave is a free service for downloading videos from social platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, VK, Twitter/X, Reddit and Pinterest. It comes in two forms: the website, where a video downloads right in the browser from a link, and the Telegram bot @vfixbot, which delivers videos into a chat.

How it works

You paste a link — our server requests from the platform the same video file it serves to its own player, and passes it to you. We don't re-encode videos unless necessary and never stamp anything on top: the file arrives in original quality, with no service watermarks.

Files are prepared on request and not stored: once downloaded, nothing remains on the server. We physically keep no archive of other people's videos.

Why it's free

The core features — downloading via the website and the bot — are free and ad-free. The service is funded by an optional premium subscription in the bot: it raises the file size limit (from 20 to 50 MB) and duration (up to 5 minutes) for larger videos.

What we don't do

  • No registration, and we never ask for social media logins or passwords.
  • No storing of downloaded videos and no catalog of them.
  • No watermarks and no ads baked into files.
  • No privacy bypassing: content from private accounts is not accessible.
